I’m one mad mudda rubba!?

There’s this guy that I work with he’s one of my life long friends’ youngest brother. I actually watched this guy grow up from a child until now and he’s 25 years old. I’m 35 by the way. This guys wife is about to have a baby and they have asked me to build a row boat style bookshelf for the babies room since they know that I can build it and they are so expensive to buy. Now, my problem is this. I am almost finished with it but i’m actually considering not giving it to them just because of his damned attitude towards me. I mean, this guy has always had an attitude towards everyone for some reason. I don’t know what his deal is. A person might be compelled to say it’s because his wife is pregnant but he’s been like this before that. . Today he acted like a smart ass to me and more or less said he didn’t give a shit if I built the shelf or not even though he’s the one that asked me to do it and knows i’m almost finished. WHAT THE HELL! and do I go ahead and give it to him or not?

i think you need to be the bigger person and just give it to him. just because hes being an a** doesnt mean his wife and baby should miss out.

maybe you need to stop hanging out with this guy, i know you’ve known him for ages but this does not give him an excuse to treat people like dirt. be there for his wife and baby but if hes rude to you then dont tolerate it. let him know the way he speaks to people is not acceptable and your over it and have put up with it for far to long. tell him you dont want to be friends until he can learn to treat you with some decency. no one deserves to be spoken to like they are a piece of dirt
