Power Boat Anglers

power boat anglers
I have a 204 angler boat with a 150 outboard mecury motor wont start?

the boat was running and like an idiot the tack was not registering right so I went under the console why it was running and tightened an bolt next thing I heard was a pop. Shut the motor off and now I have no power any ideas

You have blown the engine power fuse. depending on the year of motor, it will be located in the electical component box, or inline in the wiring harness under the cowl. look for a black fuseholder, red wire.

High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles The skipjack is a type of sailboat developed on the Chesapeake Bay for oyster dredging. It succeeded the bugeye as the chief oystering boat on the bay, and remains in service due to laws restricting the use of powerboats in the Maryland state oyster fishery. The skipjack is slooprigged, with a sharply raked mast and extremely long boom (typically the same length as the deck of the boat). The mainsail is ordinarily triangular, though gaff rigged examples were built. The jib is selftending and mounted on a bowsprit. This sail plan affords the power needed to pull the dredge, particularly in light winds, while at the same time minimizing the crew required to handle the boat.
