Hi, someone can give me technical specifications about this marine engine”US MARINE POWER” year about 1990,?

is inboard engine , 2 stroke, 1700cc, in Maxum 2100 boat model xc-or xr 1989/1990. and were i can find owner’s manual and repair.

I think what you have is an “L” drive. It’s something US Marine came-up with as a poormans I/O. They used it on Bayliner and maxum In fact this is a Force outboard motor, powerhesad and lowerunit with a swivel bracket mounted inbetween. It shares ign, flywheel, pisrons, gears, etc with 120 HP FORCE outboards. U.S. Marine was bought out by Brunswick, which folded it into Mercrury outboards. There are some aftermarket parts outthere, like water pump impellors etc. You should try contacting Bayliner, they might be more willing to help than Mercury! Good luck!
