tools like fishing tackles,rods, reels, lures and that i can pay cash on delivery.
Yard sales, thrift stores, pawn shops, flea markets, estate sales (oh, the deals you can find at estate sales…), your local classifieds… you may not even be able to get delivery, much less, C.O.D., but you pay cash and it’s delivered right into your hands. Yes, it’s used, but most of the time, it’s not too used. I haven’t bought anything new except for lures and tackle in years… and I don’t fish with lures too often.
