should ohio fishing license age be changed from 16-65 to 18-65?

us kids can’t own a boat or a car until we are 18! so y the fuck should i have to pay for a fishing license at the age of 16?!

I don’t opt for changing the fishing license age. If you want to fish, you have to pay. The fact is, you “can” fish, therefore pay. You can’t drive yet, so you don’t need a car or boat. By the way, I don’t know if laws have changed, but I did own my own car at age 16 in Ohio. It was a “number” of years ago however.
